SISHEN IRON ORE COMPANY (PTY) LTD: NOTICE OF WATER USE LICENCE APPLICATION, IN TERMS OF THE NATIONAL WATER ACT, ACT 36 OF 1998, FOR SISHEN IRON ORE COMPANY (PTY) LTD: SISHEN IRON ORE MINE – WESTERN EXPANSION PROJECT: PHASE 2 WULA

This gives notice to potential Interested and Affected Parties (“I&APs”) about where information can be obtained in respect of the Water Use Licence Application (“WULA”) for Sishen Iron Ore Mine – Western Expansion Project: Phase 2 WULA, as well as the opportunity I&APs have to comment on the WULA technical report.

Availability of the draft WULA technical report

The draft WULA technical report will be made available to the public for review for a period of 30 days from 3 September 2021 to 3 October 2021 on the Shangoni’s website (www.shangoni.co.za). E-mail or fax your comments to Shangoni (details provided below) by no later than 3 October 2021.
