NOTICE OF THE AMENDMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATIONS

 This gives notice to potential Interested and Affected Parties (“I&APs”) about where information can be obtained in respect of the application for amendment of Greenside Colliery’s Environmental Authorisations, as well as the opportunity I&APs have to comment on the consolidated and amended Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Programme Report (“EIAR and EMPr”).

The draft EIAR/EMPr consolidation and amendment document will be made available to the public for review for a period of 30 days from 08 March 2021 to 09 April 2021. E-mail or fax your comments to Shangoni (details provided below) by no later than 09 April 2021.
