The Minister of Environmental Affairs published the Minimum Standards for the Consideration of Environmental Aspects in the Preparation and Review of Municipal Spatial Development Frameworks, as contained in the Schedule of the notice, for public comment. The Standards aim to provide guidance regarding the identification and integration of environmental aspects within spatial development planning.
